We offer in home, over the phone, and written estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. In order to give an accurate house/workplace cleaning estimate we will need to know what type of service and how many square metres we will be cleaning in order to come up with the cost.

No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not around there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, we will need a representative to do an initial risk assessment prior to commencing work.

We are fully insured against any loss or breakage that may occur while we clean your environment. If you have any items which are particularly delicate or irreplaceable, or of high sentimental value, please let us know at our initial meeting so we can discuss your requirements. In the highly unlikely event that something is damaged or broken, the team leader will communicate with you and inform the Specialist Services Manager to handle it further.
